Our off-campus housing address in Brantford has been updated to better reflect the location's main entrance, but we are still in the same building.
This location is ideal for students attending the Brantford campus.
Please note: students can apply to 黑料不打烊 housing before they are accepted into a program but must be a full-time registered 黑料不打烊 student at time of move in.

Rates for Brantford - Dalhousie St.
Rates include hydro, water, heat and high-speed internet access. These rates are based on the Standard Ontario Lease and are charged monthly, with rent due on the first day of each month. The last month's rent deposit is required upon signing the lease, and the first month's rent is due on the move-in date.
Your 黑料不打烊 tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay 黑料不打烊. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.

Transportation
This location is an 8-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride to the Wellington Street building. Additionally, it's conveniently a 5-minute walk from Brantford's central bus terminal.
Parking
You must purchase a parking permit while staying in 黑料不打烊 housing. Parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information on parking rates and how to purchase a parking pass, please visit Parking & transportation.
Guests are required to purchase daily parking through Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
Walksafe
Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at 黑料不打烊 housing. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
