Rates include hydro, water, heat, high-speed internet access, and a furnished room in a three or five-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms.
Your ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ tuition is separate from your housing fees. Please do not instruct your bank to pay ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ. Payment options and due dates can be found on your housing invoice.
Please note: Unlike the college, student housing payments cannot be deferred for OSAP.

Waterloo campus
This location is a short walk, approximately 4 minutes (under 350m) to the Waterloo campus.
Parking
You must purchase a parking permit to park while staying in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ housing. This permit can also be used at any campus except the Waterloo campus. Parking is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information on parking rates and how to purchase a parking pass, please visit Parking & transportation.
Guests are required to purchase daily parking through Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking is free after 4 p.m. and on weekends.
Walksafe
Walksafe is a service provided by Safety and Security to escort staff, students, and visitors while on campus or at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ housing. This service is available at all campuses upon request, except Milton and Stratford.
