- Courses are best viewed with high-speed internet and a reliable internet connection
- Ensure that JavaScript and cookies are enabled in your browser

Online proctoring
Some courses may use online proctoring for tests. If an instructor chooses to enable this service in your course, the following additional requirements must be met:

- Mac: OS X 10.12 or higher
- Web camera (internal or external) and microphone
